As a very happy customer at Universal Medical Aesthetics, I would like to share my experience with any potential customers and fellow beauty therapists who are interested in purchasing high tech equipment from this company.
I have been a beauty therapist for over 17 years and I am now a salon owner in Elsternwick, a very trendy area in Melbourne.

I always hesitated to purchase an IPL machine, even though I always wanted to bring in the extra service into my salon. The reason for this is because of the cost of the equipment as well as the fear of losing all my waxing clients who have always been a regular income for me. The problem with this is that unfortunately i was finding that business was dropping anyway because my clients were starting to look elsewhere for permanent hair reduction services and high tech photo facials.

I knew the time had come to start looking into buying a machine but I was still very concerned with the cost.
With this company not only was the price very reasonable, considering the services you can perform with it, but they also put me on a very affordable payment plan with very little interest and I get to upgrade my machine every five years. The financial problem was solved. Once I did the math it turned out that I still came out on top by converting my waxing clients to IPL Hair Removal with less labour time and less hard work. I also gain financially in all the other services I get to provide again with a lot less labour and brilliant results that this machine produces. Not to mention a whole new client base which are looking for these kind of services. My photo facials have proven to be extremely popular as well as the IPL hair removal. I was so happy with the machine this company provided for me that I further more introduced more services like Microdermabrasion and Skin Needling, purchasing both equipment by Universal Medical Aesthetics.

The best part about dealing with this company is the personalized customer service they have provided. They provided all the fantastic training by registered nurses, they provided me with all the consultation forms for my clients as well as very important reading material for the clients. They personally delivered and set up all my equipment. They have been on call all the time if I have had any problems or questions. I am still finding that i get the odd call now and then from the lovely people at this company asking me if everything is ok and to let me know if i need anything they are here to help me. The service has been brilliant and the equipment has been top of the range and i will go as far as to say that dealing with this company has been the best business decision i have made. I am definitely a very happy customer and will only be buying any high tech equipment from this place. Highly recommended!!

I would like to let everyone know how satisfied I am with Universal, they are truly the best company I have ever been with.

Without naming anyone I was with a previous company for three years and to be honest their service was way below the minimum professional standards.

After 2 years of being with them, one of my hand pieces for my machine broke, it was fixable as only the medal but had dropped and all they had to do was send out someone to lift the medal bit up and screw it in. I was more then happy to pay for their rep to come out and I made that very clear to them but they refused to send someone out.

They told me the hand piece would cost me just over $2000 for a small piece of metal. I was extremely dissatisfied with their treatment towards me and to top that off they refused to send it out until payment was made in full. I told them that I had been with them for 2 years at the time and that I had never missed a payment and that I would make fortnightly payments of $500 and they still refused to send it out.

I had purchased multiple machines from them and I was a client of theirs for quite a while so I was really disgusted with the way they handled things.

Also another thing that happened was one time I called them up to ask how I could get my client better results on skin tightening and they told me what level to put the client on. I was a bit hesitant as it was more then double what I had her on. I asked the trainer if she was sure about this and very rudely she responded saying she's a professional and I should listen to her.

Long story short the client ended up burning and didn't recover for 2 weeks. I called them up 3 times after that to tell them what happened and not once did they return my call until I sent them an email complaining. They called me immediately and they tried to turn the blame on me even though I did exactly what they said.

When I met the rep for Universal I was very hesitant at first after my last experience but they assured me that they would be there for me till the end and they really have.

They didn't lie about the results at all and they even guaranteed me that if in the next 6 months I wasn't satisfied that I could return the machine and get my money back in full. I was very convinced by them and I am more then happy with their service and with the results of the machines I have purchased from them.

So far I have bought 5 or 6 machines off them and I will buy even more when they get new machines without even thinking twice. The owners flew down to Sydney to meet me in person and discuss everything. I was really shocked as I did not get that service from anyone else.

Also the trainer that they sent me was beyond wonderful. She was very patient with me the whole time. I have anxiety so I get really nervous to work on a new machine, she respected that and worked around my anxiety and helped me to be as confident and comfortable as I am now.

Also another thing that I am very happy about is that even after I had finished my training they sent my trainer out again 2 weeks later and they told me I can have her out again in 6 to 12 weeks depending on when I want her.

And last but definitely not least is recently I had one of my clients steal a filter that's needed for my machine. I called them up and that same day I had 3 of their reps call me and they where going to send out a technician that same day to check out my machine at the same time and they sent me out a new filter free of charge.

Also because I am now a regular client I get very deals on my machines and they even add extra features for me that other companies don't do.
